Pt100 sleeves

The measured value for temperature is used as control variable during fermentation. The Pt100-sensor contains a platinum resistance (PTC-resistance). When changes in temperature occur, the resistance changes. This change in resistance can be translated into the measurement value by using the corresponding coefficient. The sensor is inserted into the vessel with the help of a casing.
