Aeration baskets

The aeration basket enables the bubble-free introduction of air, nitrogen or oxygen into the culture medium. The gas is introduced by diffusion through a silicone membrane and is therefore particularly suitable for use in tissue cultures. By gassing with CO2, acid-side pH control can also be realized with the aid of the aeration basket.
