Bernd-Ulrich Wilhelm is founder and CEO of bbi-biotech GmbH. After studying mathematics and physics at Humboldt-University Berlin he was head of data analysis and optimization of fermentation processes in an industrial biotechnology research institute. Later he worked for sales and distribution for different European regions at B. Braun Diessel Biotech GmbH, later B.Braun Biotech International GmbH. Until establishing his own business Mr. Wilhelm was responsible for marketing, R&D and sales of the standard fermentation and bioreactor equipment at Sartorius BBI Systems GmbH.
